Scandria®2Act Project Partners met in Oslo

More than 30 partner representatives came together in Oslo

The meeting from 7-8 March 2017 was hosted by Akershus County and Eastern Norway County Network. It was opened by Annette Solli, county mayor of Akershus County. During her welcome speech she underlined, that the high ambitions in Europe and the Scandria®Corridor regions in transforming the transport system into a more sustainable one is calling for more cooperation along the corridor.

During two days the project partners discussed the current status of the deployment of clean fuels, the currently ongoing investigations regarding multimodal transport as well as the set-up of a Scandria®Alliance as multilevel-goverance instrument.

Moreover, the participants were introduced by leading experts of the City of Oslo, the Norwegian Electric Vehicle Association and the Port of Oslo into latest developments in Oslo and Akershus region, current challenges, ambitions as well as solutions developed so far.

During two site visits, the participants were able to get to know the Oslo Port as well as the UNO-X Hydrogen station in Sandvika.
